✦ WILL YOU RESTOCK "X" TITLE?

Reprints/Restocks are not guaranteed for any title. We try to offer reprints when doing sequels or author sets but they depend heavily on available book stock and many other factors.

✦ ARE THERE LEFTOVERS FOR "X" TITLE?

We try to host a leftover stock sale 1-2 times per year. These sales are always announced ahead of time on our Instagram with the available stock listed.

We are unable to provide any leftover stock information outside of this as we have to allow time for possible replacements, etc. before being able to determine what is "leftover" from our original orders.

✦ SUBSCRIPTION ANNOUNCEMENT:

Announcement made 09/06/2025:

Hello Dazzling Readers,

I have come to the difficult decision to end all subscription services for the foreseeable future.

I have been deliberating this for a few months now, especially given the prolonged delays from our edge printer being out of service. I no longer believe that a subscription works best for Dazzling. There are a few things that have lead me to this conclusion, including the behind the scenes of preparing a title for approvals in a strict timeline, the wait times of product arriving plus the physical work of printing edges and packing between 2 people.

I feel out of all the projects I have worked on, the subscriptions takes the most out of me mentally and physically. Ultimately the continuous strain of maintaining a subscription keeps me from doing or planning much of anything with my family. Which is the opposite of why I wanted to start a business like this to begin with.
I believe the decision to end the subs is in the best interest of myself and Dazzling as removing the subscriptions will allow me more time to focus on different projects without being overwhelmed by the timeline for a subscription in the background. Ideally it will also allow me to better maintain my workload and provide a more cohesive turnaround for orders.

The subscriptions will not receive an further renewals. All active subscribers will begin receiving emails of their subscriptions being canceled. This will NOT impact any existing orders, only stop it from renewing further.

I appreciate the continuous support, excitement and patience from you all, I hope that a new model will help keep the passion I have for queer special editions
burning bright for years to come!

IMPORTANT EU SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the GPSR implemented for Europe we will no longer be able to ship to any countries in this area- effective 12/13/24.

1. ✦ What countries does this affect?

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (including North Ireland), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

This is our current list of informed areas impacted by this. It is subject to change should we receive different information in the future.

2. ✦ What about my open orders/subscriptions?

All unfulfilled orders and subscriptions to customers in the countries listed above, that arent being shipped prior to 12/13/24, will be cancelled and fully refunded.

A way around this would be to update the address on your order to a friend/forwarding service/etc not based in the EU. We can ship it to them and they can get it to you as a gift. (More information on this below)

3. ✦ Can I send to a different address?

The GPSR guidelines and new requirements are only for businesses shipping products (per our current knowledge).

If you would like to update the address on your order to ship to a friend or forwarding service please use our contact form to do so. We will be able send your unfulfilled orders and future orders to any address outside of the EU.

✦ Please NoteShould your package be lost in transit or damaged in transit from your 3rd party to you, Dazzling will not be able to assist in locating it, filing claims or offering replacements/refunds. We will only be able to help in the shipping from our shop to your 3rd party.

✦ ✦ Any future orders MUST be placed on your own account using whatever address you set up outside of the EU. If you use a friend who is also a Dazzling customer we still maintain the "one book/set per customer" rule. Any duplicate orders under a single account will be cancelled.

(Dazzling can not provide proxy service information. Every company offers different services for different rates and will need to be researched by the individual customer)
