SHIPPING DELAY: Due to the recent CandaPost Strike all of our incoming book orders have been delayed/held and are still in transit to us. We will resume shipping in January 2025 for all pending/past orders as well as Charm Sale orders.

✦ Have you ordered more than one edition in the same order?

Shipping estimates vary based on the book(s) ordered. Multi-book orders will only be shipped once all books in the order are ready.

All of our books have an estimated shipping window on their product page during checkout but please feel free to contact us via our website contact form so that we can assist in looking in to your order.

✦ My tracking is sitting in New York/California?

USA Residents: Please note, our packages are shipped in batches from Canada. As such, a lot of them are routed in to the USA via New York or California. From time to time these batches may sit in these sorting facilities for a few days while they are sorted and shipped out to their respective states.

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up this process or provide additional details at this stage. However, if your tracking has been sitting for more than 4 business days please reach out to us and we will do our best to look in to the delay! Thank you for understanding.

✦ This page says my book has shipped but I didn't receive tracking?

We are currently experiencing issues with the automated fulfillment emails for certain customers.

If the book(s) you ordered show they are shipped per the updates above or on your account, but you didn't get an email, please reach out to us via our websites contact form! We will gladly provide you with an update.

✦ My address has changed, can you update it?

If your address has changed and your order is unfulfilled please contact us via our website's contact form with your order number and new address and we will happily update that for you! - If your order has already shipped out we will be unable to update the address as it is no longer in our shop to adjust.

PLEASE NOTE: Updating the address on your profile on our website DOES NOT update the address on older orders. This has to be manually done by our customer service so PLEASE email us to update it!

Dazzling Bookish Shop is not liable for any fees accumulated due to customs, duties, VAT, etc.

Packages are declared at their USD listed sale price for insurance purposes and can not be undervalued.

IMPORTANT EU SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the GPSR implemented for Europe we will no longer be able to ship to any countries in this area- effective 12/13/24.

✦ What countries does this affect?

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

✦ What about my open orders/subscriptions?

All unfulfilled orders and subscriptions to customers in the countries listed above, that arent being shipped prior to 12/13, will be cancelled and fully refunded.

A way around this would be to update the address on your order to a friend/forwarding service/etc not based in the EU. We can ship it to them and they can get it to you as a gift. (More information on this below)

✦ Sending to a different address?

The GPSR guidelines and new requirements are only for businesses shipping products (per our current knowledge).

If you would like to update the address on your order to ship to a friend or forwarding service please use our contact form to do so. We will be able send your packages to any address outside of the EU.

Please Note: Should your package be lost in transit or damaged in transit from your 3rd party to you, Dazzling will not be able to assist in locating it/filing claims/or offering replacements or refunds. We will only be able to help in the shipping from our shop to your 3rd party.

✦ ✦ Any future orders MUST be placed on your own account using whatever address you set up outside of the EU. If you use a friend who is also a Dazzling customer we still maintain the "one book/set per customer" rule. Any orders with duplicates will have one cancelled.

✦ All address changes are needed by 12/10 at the latest. We will be refunding orders without an updated address after that.

✦ All October "A Vile Season" orders have been sent and our Dark Rise/Dark Heir "edges only" editions will ship before this starts.

✦ Orders placed during our leftover stock sale on 12/2 will also ship before this starts but this will be the last drop with shipping avilable to the EU.
