Shipping Updates

Please review all provided shipping information prior to reaching out. This page is regularly updated with all available production details and other information per title.

➞ Preorders can take 8+ months for completion and shipping with our current turn around.

➞ In Hand orders can take 1-3 months for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Previously quoted shipping estimates at time of sale are no longer accurate due to our 2025 printer delays and staffing changes. Please review the information on this page for all future updates.

All books, jackets & art prints are in house.

• Packing complete and orders set for pickup from our shop 12/15. All tracking numbers have been sent as of 12/16

✔ - Entanglement of Rival Wizards

All books & standees are in house

• Reprinted dust jackets have arrived in house

• Packing in batches has started Jan 1/14. These are still being packaged and shipped around our older orders and are being packed from first order placed to most recent for this title.

• Pending Edge Printing, we are currently (3/24) updating the printer to accommodate the wider edge of this book. Once this is complete the edge printing will begin.

All royals and romance sets shipped as of 2/17

⏳-Simon Snow Set

All books, pins and standeees are in house. Edge printing will begin once the dust jackets arrive to us. With manufacturer holidays in February, the pending items will not be arriving to us until early March 2026.

05/03 UPDATE: As stated on Instagram stories, we are working on upgrading the printer for the thicker edges. This has been taken longer than expected but my partner feels like he's close to have it ready. I am tentatively hoping to start edge printing in the next 2 weeks.

✦ In Hand Sales:

✔ - Black Friday - Dust Jackets

Packing is in progress around other orders, estimated to all be shipped before the end of January (international customers only)

US CUSTOMERS: An email was sent on 1/14 stating that US based orders will not ship until February. This is due to increased shipping costs from tariffs, all orders are being sent in bulk into the US to then be shipped out individually, which is adding a little more time to our estimate.

- Dust jackets have arrived to our US liaison as of 2/13 and packing will begin over the weekend. Orders will start shipping Monday 2/16

- Packing for international orders begins 2/14, all but 5 orders have been shipping as of 2/22 (these are pending pack)

You can reach out to us at any time for further information or details about your orders shipping details and we'll be happy to help!

✦ My tracking hasn't updated...

Tracking scans may vary based on location, postal delays and more.

All of our packages are picked up in bulk and sorted by a facility here in Canada that then hands them off to final mile carriers (such as USPS, PostNL, etc.) There may not be additional scans in the first few days while they are sorted out.

If you haven't received a scan in more than 5 business days please use the contact form on our website to reach out so that we can look in to it further for you!

✦ This page says my book has shipped but I didn't receive tracking?

If the Shipping Updates page says that the title you're waiting for has shipped, please check your account profile by signing in on our website and locating the order.

If the order says fulfilled you should be able to find the tracking information in your order. There will also be an automated email that will have been sent out with the same tracking information the day it was shipped.

If you are unable to find either of these things please reach out to us for assistance.

✦ My address has changed, can you update it?

If your address has changed and your order is unfulfilled please contact us via our website's contact form with your order number and new address and we will happily update that for you! - If your order has already shipped out we will be unable to update the address as it is no longer in our shop to adjust.

PLEASE NOTE: Updating the address on your profile on our website DOES NOT update the address on older orders. This has to be manually done by our customer service so PLEASE email us to update it!

Dazzling Bookish Shop is not liable for any fees accumulated due to customs, tariffs, duties, VAT, etc.

Packages are declared at their USD listed sale price for insurance purposes and can not be undervalued.

IMPORTANT EU SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the GPSR implemented for Europe we will no longer be able to ship to any countries in this area- effective 12/13/24.

✦ Can I send to a different address?

We are able to ship orders to proxy services or friends based outside of the EU countries listed above. But please review the notices below in full prior to purchase:

✦ Please NoteShould your package be lost in transit or damaged in transit from your 3rd party to you, Dazzling will not be able to assist in locating it, filing claims or offering replacements/refunds. We will only be able to help in the shipping from our shop to your 3rd party.

✦ ✦ Any orders MUST be placed on your own account using the address you set up outside of the EU. If you use a friend who is also a Dazzling customer we still maintain the "one book/set per customer" rule. Any duplicate orders under a single account will be cancelled. But two accounts with the same shipping address are okay!

(Dazzling can not provide proxy service information. Every company offers different services for different rates and will need to be researched by the individual customer)
