✦ WILL YOU RESTOCK "X" TITLE?

Reprints/Restocks are not guaranteed for any title. We try to offer reprints when doing sequels or author sets but they depend heavily on available book stock and many other factors.

Please review our Reprint Information page or use the Contact Us section to follow up on specific titles.

✦ ARE THERE LEFTOVERS FOR "X" TITLE?

We try to host a leftover stock sale 1-2 times per year. These sales are always announced ahead of time on our Instagram with the available stock listed.

We are unable to provide any leftover stock information outside of this as we have to allow time for possible replacements, etc. before being able to determine what is "leftover" from our original orders.

✦ HOW DO RENEWALS WORK?

MONTHLY SUB:

When you first sign up you are enrolling in a monthly subscription. - Your first payment made at sign up will be for the pictured month/title at check out.

Every month after that you will be billed automatically on the 15th, this is for the NEXT month's book. We bill one month in advance.

Example: The 2/15 renewal will be for MARCH's book.

QUARTERLY SUB:

When you first sign up you are enrolling in a quarterly subscription. - Your first payment made at sign up will be for the pictured month/title at check out.

Every three months after that you will be billed automatically on the 15th, this is for the NEXT month's book. We bill one month in advance.

✦ CANCEL/SKIP POLICY

Please email us via our CONTACT page to request a cancellation of your subscription or to skip for a specific renewal.

MONTHLY SUB:

✦ Each subscriber is allowed 3 skips per 12 months. The 12 months begin when you sign up. So if your first payment is in March, your 12 months will reset the following March.

  • If the 3 skips per 12 months are exceeded, the subscription will be cancelled.
  • You have 24 hours AFTER renewal to request a LATE skip refund. Anything beyond we will not be able to refund.

✦ SUBSCRIBER EARLY ACCESS

To receive Early Access to our monthly deluxe edition sales you will be required to have purchased/renewed the subscription in the specified month.

  • Our Instagram posts for each upcoming sale will explain which sub month is receiving Early Access.
  • Subscribers who skip the specified month will not receive Early Access.

IMPORTANT EU SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the GPSR implemented for Europe we will no longer be able to ship to any countries in this area- effective 12/13/24.

1. ✦ What countries does this affect?

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (including North Ireland), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

This is our current list of informed areas impacted by this. It is subject to change should we receive different information in the future.

2. ✦ What about my open orders/subscriptions?

All unfulfilled orders and subscriptions to customers in the countries listed above, that arent being shipped prior to 12/13/24, will be cancelled and fully refunded.

A way around this would be to update the address on your order to a friend/forwarding service/etc not based in the EU. We can ship it to them and they can get it to you as a gift. (More information on this below)

3. ✦ Can I send to a different address?

The GPSR guidelines and new requirements are only for businesses shipping products (per our current knowledge).

If you would like to update the address on your order to ship to a friend or forwarding service please use our contact form to do so. We will be able send your unfulfilled orders and future orders to any address outside of the EU.

✦ Please NoteShould your package be lost in transit or damaged in transit from your 3rd party to you, Dazzling will not be able to assist in locating it, filing claims or offering replacements/refunds. We will only be able to help in the shipping from our shop to your 3rd party.

✦ ✦ Any future orders MUST be placed on your own account using whatever address you set up outside of the EU. If you use a friend who is also a Dazzling customer we still maintain the "one book/set per customer" rule. Any duplicate orders under a single account will be cancelled.

(Dazzling can not provide proxy service information. Every company offers different services for different rates and will need to be researched by the individual customer)
